Ingredients

  • 4 chicken pieces (thighs, breasts, or drumsticks)
  • 12 tbsp sazon seasoning
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp annatto (or use sazon seasoning with annatto)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 23 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix sazon seasoning, coriander, annatto, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken with marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding cayenne or chili powder for heat.
