- 4 chicken pieces (thighs, breasts, or drumsticks)
- 1–2 tbsp sazon seasoning
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp annatto (or use sazon seasoning with annatto)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix sazon seasoning, coriander, annatto, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Adjust the spice level by adding cayenne or chili powder for heat.
- Keep leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
