Brownie Base:

  • 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (95g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Heavenly Hash Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder) in one bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and eggs.
  • Stir in the dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For a chewy texture, avoid overbaking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer storage.
