Ingredients
  

  • 3-5 lbs Beef brisket trimmed
  • 2 tbsp Beef bouillon powder
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for searing
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh thyme sprigs optional

Instructions
 

  • Season the Brisket: Rub the brisket with beef bouillon powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Sear the Brisket: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear brisket on both sides until golden brown (4-5 minutes per side).
  • Cook: Transfer the brisket to a slow cooker or roasting pan. Add beef broth and fresh thyme (if using). Cook on low for 4-6 hours in a slow cooker or 3-4 hours in the oven at 300°F (150°C).
  • Rest & Slice: Let the brisket rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
