- 2 tbsp Beef bouillon powder
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil for searing
- 2 cups Beef broth
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Fresh thyme sprigs optional

Sear the Brisket: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear brisket on both sides until golden brown (4-5 minutes per side).
Cook: Transfer the brisket to a slow cooker or roasting pan. Add beef broth and fresh thyme (if using). Cook on low for 4-6 hours in a slow cooker or 3-4 hours in the oven at 300°F (150°C).
Rest & Slice: Let the brisket rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing against the grain.
