Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Butterfinger candy bars crushed (save some for garnish)
  • 8 oz chocolate bark or melting wafers or chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the peanut butter and butter mixture:

  • In a large bowl, blend the creamy peanut butter and softened butter using a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.

Add sweeteners and graham crackers:

  • Slowly add powdered sugar, one spoonful at a time, mixing on low speed. Then, add the graham cracker crumbs until fully combined.

Crumble and mix Butterfingers:

  • Crush the Butterfinger candy bars using a food processor, leaving a few larger pieces for added texture. Fold them into the dough.

Roll and freeze the dough:

  • Use a cookie scoop to measure 1 ½ tablespoons of dough, roll into a ball, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

Coat the balls in chocolate:

  • Melt the chocolate bark in short bursts in the microwave or using a double boiler. Dip each frozen ball into the chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.

Garnish and set:

  • While the chocolate is still soft, add a sprinkle of crushed Butterfingers or sea salt. Let the chocolate harden by placing the balls back in the freezer.

Notes

  • You can substitute the Butterfingers with other candy bars like Snickers or Reese's for a different flavor.
  • If you want a healthier version, swap the graham crackers for oats and use natural peanut butter.
