Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix with vegetable oil until well combined.
- Add the eggs one by one, mixing until the batter is smooth.
- If using, stir in chocolate chips, nuts, or sprinkles to create your desired flavor.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie to spread.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the middle remains soft.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter; a few lumps are okay. For flakier cookies, blend oil and butter rather than replacing all the oil with butter.
