  • 3 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract Adjust according to taste.
Coloring and Decorations
  • ½ teaspoon green food coloring Add more for a vibrant color.
  • ½ teaspoon red food coloring Add more for a vibrant color.
  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles (optional) For festive decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, covering the bottom and sides.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and peppermint extract.
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir well. Repeat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, being careful not to overheat.
  4. Divide the melted fudge mixture into two small bowls, adding red food coloring to one and green food coloring to the other. Mix until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Dollop red and green fudge mixtures onto the lined pan randomly.
  2. With a spoon or butter knife, swirl the mixtures together gently, being careful not to over-mix.
  3. Sprinkle holiday decorations on top while the fudge is still warm.
Setting
  1. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set.
  2. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into desired sizes with a sharp knife.

Notes

Store in an airtight container layered with parchment paper. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze.
