Preparation
- Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, covering the bottom and sides.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and peppermint extract.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir well. Repeat in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, being careful not to overheat.
- Divide the melted fudge mixture into two small bowls, adding red food coloring to one and green food coloring to the other. Mix until well combined.
Assembly
- Dollop red and green fudge mixtures onto the lined pan randomly.
- With a spoon or butter knife, swirl the mixtures together gently, being careful not to over-mix.
- Sprinkle holiday decorations on top while the fudge is still warm.
Setting
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into desired sizes with a sharp knife.
Notes
Store in an airtight container layered with parchment paper. For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze.
