medium russet potatoes
baked & halved

cottage cheese

garlic powder

tsp
onion powder

smoked paprika

shredded cheddar cheese

chopped chives
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Scoop out the potato flesh, leaving a thin layer inside.
Brush skins with olive oil, season with salt, and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes until crispy.
Mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fill potato skins with the mixture, top with cheddar cheese, and air fry for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with chives and serve hot!
Notes
Use Greek yogurt for a tangier taste.
Swap cheddar for mozzarella or feta.
Best served fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer.
