  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic Minced for maximum flavor.
Seasonings and Fats
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter Adds richness to the dish.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • to taste Salt Generously season to ensure good flavor.
  • to taste Pepper Freshly ground for best results.
  • optional Rosemary or thyme Can be added for extra flavor.
Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
  2. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cook the steak in batches to avoid overcrowding, searing each piece for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Once all steak pieces are cooked, reduce the heat and add the butter and minced garlic.
  4. Allow the garlic to soften and become fragrant.
  5. Return the steak bites to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Aim for medium-rare steak for best flavor. Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes after cooking. Be careful not to overcook the garlic as it can become bitter.
