- In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until aromatic and golden.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice, then add the zucchini noodles. Sauté until tender but still crunchy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the steak to the pan, tossing everything to coat in the garlicky sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
