Optional Ingredients
  • pinch Red Pepper Flakes For added heat.
  • splash Worcestershire Sauce For extra depth.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat your grill to high (around 450°F to 500°F).
  2. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter with finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the melting parsley butter.
Cooking
  1. Once the grill is ready, place the steaks on it, cooking for about 4-5 minutes without moving them.
  2. Flip the steaks and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting the time for desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steaks from the grill and place a dollop of melting parsley butter on top.

Notes

Let the steaks rest for at least five minutes before slicing to ensure juiciness. Avoid flipping too often while grilling for better sear.
