Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz 300 ml purified water (room temperature or slightly warm)
  • ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper optional

Equipment

  • Glass or BPA-free bottle
  • Stirring spoon
  • Citrus squeezer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour 10 oz purified water into a glass.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Squeeze the juice of ½ fresh lemon into the glass.
  4. Stir well to fully dissolve the salt.
  5. (Optional) Add raw honey and cayenne pepper for additional flavor and benefits.
  6. Consume immediately, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

  • Best consumed early in the morning for optimal hydration and metabolism support.
  • Do not exceed ½ teaspoon of pink salt per day.
