Method
 

Instructions (Quick Method):
  1. Pour filtered water into a clean glass.
  2. Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt drink.
  3. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved.
  4. Add optional ingredients as desired.
  5. Consume immediately, preferably on an empty stomach.
Instructions (Sole Water Method):
  1. Fill a clean glass jar one-third with pink Himalayan salt drink.
  2. Fill the remaining jar with filtered water.
  3. Stir and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  4. After saturation, store at room temperature with a sealed non-metal lid.
  5. For daily use, add 1 teaspoon of the sole solution to 8-12 ounces of filtered water.
