Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Crush the graham crackers in a zip-lock bag until fine and mix them in a bowl with melted butter.
- Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a crust.
Filling
- Layer the chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust. Optional: mix in chopped nuts.
- Scatter the marshmallows generously on top of the chocolate.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate is melted.
- Allow the bars to cool slightly before cutting them into squares.
- Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy!
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle some chocolate or caramel sauce on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for about a week.
